Bharulata Patel-Kamble; the first woman in the world to drive solo through the Arctic Circle and 32 countries combined and the first women in the world to drive solo driving the longest distance in the Arctic Circle. She is also the first Indian women to hoist the flag of India in the Arctic circle. She is the recipient of national honour by the Hon. President of India and recognised and listed by The Government of India as India’s first 112 exceptional achievers’ women “First Ladies” of India to be the first in their field. She was felicitated by the Hon. Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi ji.
Bharulata is the first woman in the world to drive solo through 32 countries in only 57 days, and has driven a mammoth distance of over 35,383 km in a continuous one trip. She is the first woman in the world to drive longest distance for a social cause. She is the winner of community award as The Role of model of the year for Luton and Bedfordshire, UK and the recipient of the Citation by The Government of Maharashtra state of India. She is the first woman ever to drive solo from Lands End to John O’ Groats Non-Stop, in first Indian to hoist the flag of India at the two extremities, the two major landmarks of UK. She is also the initiator of longest female rally out of India for a social cause, in which 120 females wearing red saree drove from London to Leicester for "Save Girls, Educate Girls" Campaign in a car rally organised and lead by Bharulata. She has been felicitated by numerous international honours
